About Chef Monalisa
With over 20 years in Marketing and Development for Silicon Valley non-profits, Monalisa DiAngelo, (Chef Monalisa) has changed careers to become a Personal Chef. With a lifetime passion for the culinary arts and 25 years of practical experience with cooking and entertaining, she decided to attend culinary school and put her business acumen to the test. A graduate of the Professional Culinary Institute, Inc., she established a successful Personal Chef Service.

Relax and enjoy your next dinner party! Whether for 2, 40 or more, instead of being in the kitchen cooking and cleaning your Personal/Private Chef and staff does it all: menu planning, shopping, preparing, serving and clean up.

If you don't have enough space for your gathering or you just don't have time to get your home ready we have beautifully appointed banquet facilities in a historic downtown San Jose Victorian Building.

PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES

Do you have special dietary requirements? Gluten-free, low-sodium, low-carb or wish to eat all organic and yet, because of your busy schedule you duck into the "drive-thru" more than you'd like?

Then our Personal/Private Chef Service will be the perfect answer. We prepare a menu based on your dietary needs. We do ALL the shopping, cooking, cleaning and deliver you conveniently packaged meals. After your hectic day just reheat your meals and you and your hungry family are enjoying dinner quickly and have more time for each other.

MY SECRET CHEF

If your busy work schedule and active family routine places a premium on your free time, why spend it planning meals, shopping, and cooking? My Secret Chef is for you. We publish an economical, family friendly menu monthly which many of our families enjoy. You order the number of entrees and sides you need each week and we do the rest. CORPORATE & PRIVATE CATERING

We prepare, deliver and serve, if requested, brunch, breakfast, lunch and dinners to our corporate and private clients. We prepare meals to suit the dietary requirement of your group. From gourmet sandwiches, Build Your Own Bars to complete meals, we guarantee fresh delicious meals.
